Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Heavy Duty Research Chems are for laboratory and research use only.
They must be handled only by trained professionals in controlled environments.

Due to the nature of these materials, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind;

  • Improper storage or handling by the customer;

  • Misuse or application outside approved research purposes.

2. No Returns for Opened or Used Products

For safety, quality control, and contamination-prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used peptide vials or research materials.
Once a product leaves our controlled facility, it cannot be verified for integrity if returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heavydutytrainin@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the affected item(s); or

  • Issue a full or partial refund; or

  • Provide store credit for future orders — at our discretion.

We may request that the item(s) be returned or safely disposed of, depending on the situation.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

We use reputable Australian courier and postal services for all deliveries.
While we cannot control courier delays, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued where:

  • The wrong product was shipped;

  • The item arrived damaged or defective;

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch; or

  • The product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of approval.
You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be granted where:

  • Products were used for purposes other than research;

  • Products were mishandled, stored incorrectly, or tampered with;

  • The customer provided an incorrect shipping address;

  • The claim is made more than 7 days after delivery.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, provided you notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
